SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
  23+ years of commercial nuclear power plant experience plus 6 years of naval nuclear experience.
  Certified as a Senior Reactor Operator on BWR 2 and BWR 4 plants and Reactor Operator on BWR 5/6 plant.
  Operating experience during construction of a BWR 5/6 plant.
  12 years of Training Development, Implementation, and Evaluation for Operations Personnel including Radwaste Operations.
  Leadership role in the maintenance and implementation of highly successful Emergency Preparedness Programs for the past 13 years.
  Well respected Nuclear Consultant for the past 6 years.
  BS in Nuclear Engineering Technology and MS in Instructional/Performance Technology.
